Since bridal sizing runs small and varies by designer, we provide detailed measurements for every gown. We recommend comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements to those listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
To ensure every bride receives a pristine gown, we offer a 48-hour inspection period. If the dress isn't 'the one,' you must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 5-7 business days, and tracking information will be provided via email.
Can I see the dress in person before buying?
We are primarily an online boutique; however, we provide high-resolution photos and detailed condition reports for every gown to help you shop with absolute confidence.
Do you offer cleaning or alteration services?
All gowns are inspected and professionally cleaned if necessary before listing. We do not offer in-house alterations, but we can provide recommendations for bridal tailors in your area.
